1. Pricing and Currency

All prices listed on Coco’s Tee Boutique are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
The most accurate and current pricing is shown at checkout. Any applicable sales tax, shipping fees, and promotional discounts will be calculated and displayed before you confirm your purchase.

Your payment method will be charged at the time your order is placed.

4. Shipping Fees

Coco’s Tee Boutique may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly advertised on our website or social media platforms.


5. Billing Authorization

By submitting an order through our website, you authorize Coco’s Tee Boutique and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including taxes and shipping fees.

If your payment method is declined or fails, your order will not be processed. Please ensure your billing and contact information are accurate and up to date.


6. Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details, payment total, and shipping address.
Please review your confirmation carefully and contact us immediately at customer.service@cocosteeboutique.com if you notice any discrepancies.


7. Price Adjustments

Prices are subject to change without notice.
Coco’s Tee Boutique does not offer price matching or retroactive price adjustments on previously placed orders.


8. Fraud Prevention

All transactions are subject to verification and review.
Coco’s Tee Boutique reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of our Terms of Service.


9. Errors and Omissions

In the event of a pricing, typographical, or system error, Coco’s Tee Boutique reserves the right to correct the error and revise or cancel your order.
If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.


Refunds & Returns

1. Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, makeup, deodorant, or fragrance will not be accepted.

  • Final sale, clearance, bodysuits, intimates, accessories, and gift cards are non-returnable.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email customer.service@cocosteeboutique.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return label by email. (Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it.)

Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the return label.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.

Please allow 5–7 business days for refunds to appear on your account after processing.


4. Exchanges

Coco’s Tee Boutique does not currently offer direct exchanges.
Customers may return eligible items for a refund or store credit and place a new order for the desired size or color.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will review your claim and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
