Return & Refund Policy

Request Window

You have 7 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to you to request a return.

Return-by Date

Approved returns must be delivered to Coco’s Tee Boutique within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date to you (as shown by the carrier’s tracking). Returns received after 30 days are eligible for store credit only.

How to Request a Return

Choose one of the following:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email and let us know you’d like to return an item. Please include your order number and a brief note on why the item didn’t work out (your feedback helps us improve).

  2. Email: customer.service@cocosteeboutique.net. Include your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid USPS return label and step-by-step instructions. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the label.
Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn/unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

A 10% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Final Sale items (including items in the Seasonal Sale collection)

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Beauty and other personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

Need a different size or item? The quickest method is to return the original item (per this policy) and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

  • Approved within 30 days of your delivery date: refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

  • Received after 30 days: store credit will be issued per the above “Return-by Date” terms.
