Shipping policy

At Coco’s Tee Boutique, we strive to get your items to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:
Order Processing
  • All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed.
  • Once processed, your item(s) will be shipped within 5 business days.
  • If we are unable to fulfill your order within that time frame, we’ll notify you via email.
Where We Ship From
Coco’s Tee Boutique primarily operates on a drop shipping model, which means:
  • Most items are shipped directly from our overseas suppliers.
  • Some items may be shipped locally from Missouri (especially exclusive or limited stock pieces we keep on hand).
  • If your order includes both local and drop-shipped items, you will receive multiple packages.
Shipping Carriers & Tracking
  • For locally shipped items, we use USPS as our preferred carrier.
  • You will receive separate tracking numbers if your order ships in multiple packages.
  • Shipping timelines vary depending on the item’s origin. International shipments may take longer to arrive (please allow 2–4 weeks for drop-shipped items, depending on destination and carrier delays).
Shipping Costs
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
  • If your order includes both locally shipped and drop-shipped items, you may be charged separate shipping fees for each package.
  • We do our best to keep shipping costs low and transparent.
